At Our Place, we do not resell our customer returns. We process each item with care. All used items are recycled. All unused items are typically donated. While we can guarantee that items are unused and safe to use, they may have aesthetic imperfections - usually light scratching or mild discoloration on the handle - frequently invisible to the untrained eye. Components included (and unused as well). Please note (contrary to the packaging) - the Perfect Pot does *NOT* come with a roasting rack.
