RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If an item you purchase is faulty or damaged, we will return the money to you or replace it with a new item when possible.

If you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we will give you a shop credit minus any shipping costs unless item is damaged/faulty.  If free shipping was given at purchase, we will still need to charge a shipping cost to you in the case of simply changing your mind.

In the case of purchasing items at a temporary holiday market (i.e. jenibee market), we will only return items if they are faulty.  Otherwise we will give shop credit minus 20% within 14 days of purchase.
